Myofunctional Therapy
I’m a Registered Dental Hygienist with over 25 years of experience serving families throughout Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties. With a background in both clinical care and healthcare education, I bring a compassionate, whole-person approach to airway health, breathing, oral function, and overall wellness.
I hold certifications through MyoMentor and Myo Munchee and incorporate innovative technologies, including Spot Pal, SONU SoundHealth, and REMplenish, to provide personalized, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s needs.
I am currently completing my certification in the Buteyko Breathing Method, further expanding my ability to help clients improve their breathing, sleep, and overall well-being.
My Journey
My journey into myofunctional therapy began with a personal desire to better support my family and patients. As I learned more about the powerful connection between breathing, oral function, sleep, and overall health, my curiosity quickly became a passion. Today, I am dedicated to bringing myofunctional therapy and airway-focused care to my community.
